Book 2: Waiting for Godot (Samuel Beckett)

Bit of a cheat this one because, as we all know, it’s a play but it still counts as a book, which I have now read, cover to cover. I came home via the library and wanted something to read for an hour or so, stumbled upon this in the classics section and thought:

Well, I’ve never seen the play but have always sort of wanted to, lets see what it’s really like.

It’s short enough to read in the hour or so I have spare.

I really, really want to see it on stage now.

7/10 as a book – it is, after all, meant to be performed  – but I bet I give it 10/10 when I manage to see a production.
